Common questions

Before you begin

Clear expectations make a small coaching offer work better.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. The Restart is designed for adults 50+ who are beginning, returning after time away, or ready to rebuild consistency. Your starting questionnaire and intro call help Coach Bob choose an appropriate starting point.

What equipment do I need?

You can participate at home or in a gym. Many plans can use body weight, a sturdy chair, resistance bands, or dumbbells. Coach Bob builds the plan around equipment you already have access to; you will not be asked to build a full home gym.

What if I have joint issues?

Your questionnaire and intro call will cover joint concerns and current limitations. Exercises can often be adjusted using range, resistance, support, or a different movement. Coaching does not diagnose or treat pain, and you may be asked to get medical or physical-therapy guidance when symptoms fall outside fitness coaching.

What happens after 4 weeks?

You can continue on your own with the habits and plan you have built, schedule individual training as needed, or discuss the 12-Week Complete Transformation program as the next step. There is no automatic enrollment into a longer program.
